Flexible, settlement-compensating & tight
Due to their special component geometry, STAR E concrete shaft adapters meet the required angulation of ±3° and therefore easily withstand the different settlement behavior from manhole to pipe.
Thanks to the design with heating coils, a fully welded connection is produced. In addition to back-turned anchoring bars for a tight fit, the additionally fitted EPDM wall collar achieves an excellent seal to the concrete chamber.
Connections to concrete shafts in accordance to DIN 4034-1
The electrofusion concrete shaft adapter is usually permanently cast into the shaft by the concrete plant. On the construction site, the pipe can then be inserted directly into the e-concrete shaft adapter without any additional components and firmly welded.
Barcode for fully automatic welding
Due to the integrated heating coils, welding is easy with all universal electrofusion welding machines. The necessary welding parameters can be read in via the barcode on the component.
