Butt-welding machines
For dimensions d 20 - 1400 mm, we offer butt welding machines for welding PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic pipes and fittings.

Depending on the individual machine manufacturer there are different building types for which we have a wide product range available. This enables us to provide you with the best possible benefit.
For example some of the machines can be reduced down to 3 clamping jaws for an easy handling during plant engineering and welding in a vertical position. Some makes allow for enhancing the welding zone by adjusting the base clamping jaw for example when welding special fittings.
As a standard all machines listed in our product range are equipped with four base clamping jaws and reducer units.

In addition smaller clamp inserts are on supply for the welding of shorter fittings. For the purpose of easy handling on the work site all the machines are equipped with a central plug for user-friendly operation.
