Already two years ago Udo Piontek and Klaus Lange withdrew from a part of the
operational management, the responsibility of which since then has been with
Andreas Guelker and Florian Lange.
Now after two years of shared management between the junior and senior
managers, the founders of the company, Udo Piontek and Florian Lange,
withdraw completely from business as board members and shareholders
effective immediately.
Udo Piontek and Klaus Lange pointed out “We are particularly pleased that we
can put the company’s future into very experienced and capable hands from
among our own ranks.”
At the same time Felix Lange was granted power of attorney, now belonging to
the extended executive board. Felix Lange disposes of technical and commercial
experience and has been working for Star Piping Systems GmbH for 5 years.
As has been the practice in the last years already, his focus will remain process
optimisation and internal projects. His additional responsabilities Felix Lange took
up officially 16th November 2017.
