Conventional joining methods for large-diameter HDPE pipelines face clear limitations in speed, cost, and logistics. 

The innovation we will present during the conference introduces a coupler-free electrofusion technique applied directly at the pipe ends—proven through extensive testing to deliver full-strength, durable connections faster and more efficiently.

At our presentation, we are excited to announce the world premiere of its market adoption—highlighted by the ongoing 3 km Cologne project, where OD1200mm SDR17 pipelines are being installed. This flagship project is already shaping up to be a milestone in HDPE pipeline construction. For the first time, we will share exclusive footage from the site, offering an inside look at how snapfuse® is being implemented in the field.
