Whistleblowing

We are committed to acting with integrity and in compliance with regulations. To detect and prevent misconduct at an early stage, we have established a whistleblower system in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

What can you report?

The following issues, in particular, can be reported through the whistleblower system:

• Violations of criminal law
• Administrative offenses subject to fines
• Violations of applicable federal and state laws (e.g., data protection, product safety)

Protection of Whistleblowers

We guarantee confidentiality. Your report will be treated as strictly confidential and will be handled only by the appropriate personnel at the reporting office. No one who submits a report in good faith need fear reprisals (such as termination or a warning).

The procedure

Once we receive your report, we will confirm receipt within 7 days. Within 3 months, you will receive an update on any follow-up actions that have been planned or taken.
