Construction
We are constantly adapting to the increasing demands of pipeline construction and have always offered specific products manufactured to individual customer requirements in addition to our standard range.
Material testing
Our quality standards are extremely high. After all, our products largely ensure the transportation of clean drinking water and support the safety of gas systems. This is also confirmed by the quality management system in accordance to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
Extrusion
We extrude pipes in dimensions up to a diameter of 630 mm.
We extrude hollow bars up to d 2575 mm and solid rods are extruded on our extrusion lines with a diameter of up to 1360 mm.
Cutting
Our hollow bars and solid rods are carefully cut to the dimensions of the end product to ensure precision right from the start. This creates an optimum starting material for the subsequent machining process.
Machining technology
Due to state-of-the-art production techniques, special dimensions or completely new bodies can be realized in addition to our standard range.
Electrical engineering
We produce compact electrofusion fittings specially developed for pressure class-compliant applications. The embedded heating coils ensure safe insertion of the pipes and optimum gap bridging. Our electrofusion fittings with integrated heating coils therefore simplify the welding process, reduce the number of welds required and save valuable time on the construction site.
Fitting construction
Due to our versatile production options, we are able to connect assemblies in almost every conceivable combination. This results in completely individual components that provide you with efficient solutions for almost any construction project.
Seamless bend production
Bends are indispensable for the smooth design of piping systems. With their flexibility, corrosion resistance and cost efficiency, they support construction projects in every aspect. That is why we produce bends in a wide range of radii, dimensions and with individual angles.
For even more safety in your pipe network, we produce the world's first and only DVGW certified seamless bends.
