Promoting sustainable business processes and minimizing our impact on the environment are key components of our business strategy.
When manufacturing our products, we always ensure that we make our individual contribution to environmental protection by using energy from renewable sources.
With our measures, we are constantly working to further reduce the emissions of our operations in order to protect the diversity and stability of our environment. At the same time, we guarantee you a high-quality and environmentally friendly production of our products.
Our contribution to environmental protection
In order to protect our environment, we are already focusing on environmentally friendly production and continuously integrating sustainability-promoting measures into our daily business processes.
We are actively working on implementing a complete environmental management system in accordance to ISO 14001.
Green power
We cover our energy requirements for the production of our products via our photovoltaic system. In addition, we are constantly working on increasing the energy efficiency of our systems. Our photovoltaic system covers the roof areas of our entire production halls. This enables us to cover 100% of our electricity requirements in production with green electricity.

When it comes to mobility, we also keep an eye on the environment.
With our electric and hybrid vehicle fleet, we are committed to ecological mobility.
Both our company cars and our forklifts are hybrid and electric vehicles that can be charged at our in-house charging station. Our employees also have the option of leasing a company bike or an e-bike. This offer is frequently used and many of our team members come to work by bike.
Environmentally conscious drinking water supply for our team members and guests
We rely on water dispensers for fresh drinking water at all times.
There are several water dispensers in our production and administration areas, which eliminate the need for plastic bottles and provide our team members with a constant supply of fresh drinking water.
Using waste heat to reduce our CO2 footprint
We use the waste heat from our extrusion lines to heat our office buildings.
This means that the concept of avoiding emissions and conserving resources is also applied here.
We avoid paper wherever possible
Our aim is to reduce paper consumption to a minimum.
For the sake of the environment, we avoid paper internally in all possible places. Documents are only printed out when really necessary and our archive is largely digital. We are also part of the GoGreen program and send our letters climate-neutrally with Deutsche Post. Any emissions generated are calculated and offset by investments in climate protection projects.
